Stuarts Cove Open Water Referral Dive
- Get Your Certification Done Faster!
- Have More Time on Your Bahamas Vacation
- Dive with an Experienced and Enthusiastic Team of Dive Masters
The Nassau Bahamas Open Water Referral course is for aspiring scuba divers who have completed the first two sections of their PADI Open Water Certification course at their local dive shop. The Referral Course includes the four check-out dives which many students prefer to do somewhere like the Bahamas, which is one of the world's top destinations for scuba diving. Here, you will be able to dive among the colorful coral reef formations that surround the islands of the Bahamas and are just a few miles away from our shop in Nassau.
To sign up for the Open Water Referral dives, you must have completed the first two sections of your full certification. The first section is the instructional portion. This can be done in person at your local dive shop or can be completed online directly through the PADI website. The second section is the enclosed dive classes. These enclosed dives take place in a pool where a certified PADI instructor will introduce you to the ins and outs of using scuba diving gear. After you complete the enclosed dives (also called the pool dives), it is time to get out in the open ocean to experience a real scuba diving trip! And that is where we come in!
The Open Water Referral dives includes four different dives at four unique locations. The course takes two days with two dives taking place on each day. We do require advanced reservations for this course, as we must make sure we have instructors available for you on the days you are going to be in Nassau.
