Stuart Cove Bahamas Snorkel Adventure

Enjoy an excitement-filled snorkeling adventure on one of our custom-built diving boats. Our professional and experienced staff will supply all necessary instruction and equipment to ensure that our clients will enjoy a fun, safe and rewarding expedition to the spectacular reefs and wrecks off the coast of the Bahamas.

Your adventure begins as you depart from the docks on our custom-built boats, specialized for Nassau snorkeling. These twin-engine vessels offer a spacious deck for relaxing on the short trip between diving sites, a broad rear platform for convenient access to the water, a work counter, fresh drinking water, showers, a cooler for snacks, and ample storage.

The first dive occurs at one of the amazing shallow reefs in the New Providence Island area. The exact site of the expedition varies according to clients' requests and weather conditions. Our guides will direct you to the most placid waters containing the most concentrated amount of aquatic species for that particular day. Potential shallow water dive sites (10 to 25 feet deep) include: Nari Nari, Little Elvis, Goulding Cay and the School House.

Depending on the conditions on the day of your tour, the second dive will take place at another shallow reef or possibly a shipwreck. Once again, the locale is chosen that will allow the most ideal experience for that day. Over a dozen wrecks reside off the coast on this end of the island, and a few of them are ideal for snorkeling, such as the James Bond wrecks, or the Carib Breeze. Typically, the wrecks tend to be a little deeper than the shallow reefs. But, due to the large scope of these underwater structures, you can still view an abundance of marine life that now claims these wrecks as their habitat. The Carib Breeze's mast actually rises to an apex of only 8 feet below the surface.

Off the coast of the Bahamas, the plentiful reefs and wrecks are habitat to a spectacular assortment of tropical fish and living coral. Possibly espy one of the different marine turtles that live in this region, including the protected hawksbill turtle, green turtle, and loggerhead turtle. Become amazed by the array of species in the prismatic coral gardens, containing sponges, undulating sea whips, jagged elkhorn corals and bulbous brain corals. See a variety of exotic fish darting about this undersea Shangri-la.
