Bahamas Segway and Beach Experience
Just outside of downtown Nassau you will get to experience something that few get to enjoy on most shore excursions these days, fun and relaxation! Come and get away from it all with this two-in-one beach and Segway tour.
The fun begins when you are taught how to ride your own personal X2 off-road Segway. After a five minute orientation and a few moments to get used to the Segway, you will be amazed at how easy this bike is to ride for young and old. From here you will roll off with your tour guide and cruise you through hand cut trails that run along salt water lakes and canals, educate you about certain fauna, wildlife, and sea life that live in the area, and eventually bring you out onto a picturesque beach where you will be wowed at the view of the calm waters and small islands that reside here.
After the first portion of this experience is complete, you'll have 30 minutes to sit down and relax in the sun. If that's not your style, then you may want to find the shady trees that adorn the beach. If the ocean is more your thing, you can wade out into the shallow waters to get your feet wet or do some snorkeling (gear not provided). If you need to quench your thirst or have an itch to shop, don't hesitate to find the Tikki Beach Hut and splurge on a virgin daiquiri or a t-shirt.
From the beach, you are back on your Segway's to finish out your tour. But, don't worry, if you still want to have fun and relax then you are more than welcome to join us back at the beach to finish out your day.

- Flat soled shoes
- No Camera's allowed (safety issues, we do have a photographer on the tour with us for purchase at the end of the tour)
- No food or drink provided, although there are drinks and food available along the tour
- Age limit: 10 if accompanied with an adult, 15 without an adult.
- Must be able to climb up a flight of stairs and stand in one position for long periods of time. (Not recommended if you have balance issues, knee, back, or foot problems or you are pregnant. We have accommodated many handicapped people, though, i.e. people with partial use of one hand/arm and people with only one leg.)
- Groups are no larger than 6 persons
