Once a reservation has been made online or over the phone, we will finalize and confirm your reservation and email you the final confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.
Back To TopOn very rare occasions there may be a delay in finalizing your reservation. Please contact our office directly if you have not received your confirmation.Also, some email addresses, like Yahoo! emails may have spam blockers or junk mail folders. Please make sure to check those first.

- Activity Time
- Activity Date
- Your Arrival Information
- Instructions on where and what time to check in or what time you'll be picked up
- Local contact details in case you have any questions or changes when you're at your destination
- Amounts paid and remaining balance due (if you've only paid a deposit)
- A complete copy of our customer responsibility, cancellation, and billing policies
This only applies to guests that are staying at a hotel. We recommend you to contact the activity operator because if there are any unforeseen changes, there is a direct line of communication between the local office and you. Also, the local office likes to make sure you've arrived safely and that you're ready to participate in your activity.

Back To TopIf you've forgotten to print out and bring the final confirmation with you, contact our office and we will try to fax the confirmation to you. If this is not possible, we'll make the local office aware of this and to allow you to participate. However, please remember that it is important you make every effort to bring this with you.
